NATA is seeking to appoint a Business Excellence Manager (BEM) to join our Finance and Strategy team in Rhodes.
Reporting to the Chief Finance and Strategy Officer, the BEM oversees a diverse range of projects, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals, and contributing to operational efficiencies and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and monitor multiple projects, ensuring projects align with strategic business objectives.
- Change Management: Provide cross business support to the implementation of initiatives and projects to ensure smooth delivery
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, including key metrics, timelines, and budget performance
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements to enhance NATA’s service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships to support initiatives.
- Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the execution of long-term strategic projects, contributing to NATA’s business growth and operational resilience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in a business, project management or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a dynamic business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, project management and data analysis tools.
