The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As the Service Delivery Coordinator for Drilling Services, you will also be responsible for:

• Liaising with client engineers to plan standard and complex drilling operations.
• Preparing and leading Integrated Pre-Well Planning Meetings with drilling operations personnel
• Drafting well and section specific detailed operating procedures, ensuring a risk-based approach to performance, best practices, and equipment limitations are included
• Attending risk meetings with clients’ engineers, operations personnel, internal engineers, and third parties.
• Collaborating with multi-product line discipline engineers (e.g., fluids, cementing, completions).
• Ensuring timely scheduling and delivery of equipment to and from offshore installations.
• Reviewing well trajectories with well planners to find operationally feasible well paths, which deliver on client subsurface targets and collision avoidance requirements.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Have at least 10 year’s experience in drilling and related services such as directional drilling, remote operations, advanced real time engineer or previous service delivery experience ideally in an oilfield services project-based environment
• Be adept at improvement initiatives including compliance and non-productive time efficiencies
• Work collaboratively and sensitively across global, geographical and cultural boundaries
• Show excellent all round communication skills
• Demonstrate an aptitude for leadership and the ability to influence
• Have a problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
• Be effective at documenting, planning and executing programs
