Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead (Remote)

About the role:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Portugal. As a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and leading CRM (IT) solutions for our clients. You will be expected to have broad and deep technical skills and experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Have a minimum of 7 years of commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central;
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics;
• Design & document flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for MS Dynamics 365 or Business Central solutions, to meet the client’s objectives;
• Serve as the bridge between the functional analysts and the technical developers to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches, and implementation;
• You will be able to communicate your vision and designs to others, produce documented designs, and present your solution and its benefits;
• You will also oversee the development, testing, and deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet the quality standards and best practices;
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other developers and consultants on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 team;
• Experience with the design of Portal Solutions used in conjunction with CRM;
• Understanding and recommending configurations and customizations in Dynamics 365, aiming to minimize customizations;
• A deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, such as (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service), or Business Central, as well as proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services, is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience and 5 years of experience in a technical lead role;
• Preferably, 5+ full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems;
• Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Working experience with Dynamics CRM modules such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales Hub
• Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
• Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as SharePoint, M365, Azure, and application architecture;
• Experience in data integration with other systems such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft SQL;
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services is a plus;
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C# and JavaScript;
• Working experience with data interchange using JSON and XML;
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;
• Strong consulting skills, including influencing abilities, leadership, and facilitation skills;
• Ideal Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
