With somnio and actensio , we are setting new standards in the sleep and hypertension market. mementor has been headquartered in Leipzig since 2020.

What we need your support for

• Create user-centred designs ensuring the understanding and consideration of business, stakeholders, and users needs, and supervise junior designers.
• Guide and improve cross-functional collaboration with the Software Development team, the Health Interventions teams and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for initiating and guiding user research activities (i.e. usability tests, user interviews, data analysis), defining insights and problem statements.
• Responsible for applying and guiding solution ideation activities (research, brainstorming, development of MVP solutions with increments, solution testing)
• Apply and advocate Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
• Stay updated with information on the latest UI/UX and Motion design trends and design styles.
• Set the bar for design work quality and provide quality control over design outputs and production.
• Work closely with other UI/UX designers, encouraging cooperation and teamwork to assure visual consistency and high quality among all the design projects.
• Build out and maintain design systems & corporate identity.
• Ensure the implementation of relevant regulatory requirements as well as the quality and information security policy defined by the company
• (Interim) Provide the design vision and strategy for the design team and the whole organisation.
• (Interim) Optimise the effectiveness of the design organisation, contributing to discussions, decisions and actions on management and leadership topics with other leads and managers.
• (Interim) Contribute to business strategy and project definition, allocating resources and providing design input and perspective.
• (Interim) Regular individual feedback meetings with design team members.

What you ideally bring with you

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic and motion graphic
• Experience working with Product and Marketing teams.
• Experience working with corporate identities and component libraries
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion and follow up
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills to deliver the best possible design solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong team player attitude to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Proactivity, initiative and leading without authority
• english and german (fluent)
