The Opportunity

We’re seeking an accomplished Sales & Lettings Director to join this ambitious estate agency at a pivotal time in their growth journey. Key Responsibilities

* Strategic leadership and operational management of both sales and lettings divisions

* Development and implementation of business growth strategies

* Financial planning and performance monitoring

* Team leadership, including recruitment, training, and professional development

* Driving market share growth through innovative marketing and business development initiatives

* Maintaining exceptional service standards and compliance with industry regulations

* Conducting high-value market appraisals

* Contributing to budget preparation and financial forecasting

* Implementation of training programmes across all departments

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

* Proven track record in estate agency management, encompassing both sales and lettings

* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities

* Outstanding leadership and team development skills

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

* Comprehensive knowledge of the Leicester property market

* Experience in financial management and operational compliance

* Full clean UK driving licence

* Propertymark Level 3 or 4 qualification (preferred but not essential)
