The role:Â
- Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met.
- Collect and evaluate underwriting information to understand clients’ risk profiles and foresee their insurance needs.
- Take the lead in mentoring an account executive who will assist you in managing the business portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to ensure mutual satisfaction and business growth.
- Organise and lead renewal and new business meetings, addressing specific insurance requirements for each client.
- Provide Risk Management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge
- Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all clients
- Support and drive new business opportunities, develop client networks
- Stay informed on industry/market trends
- Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues.
About you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing client portfolios.
- Have obtained the tier 1 insurance qualification.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines.
- A true team player who supports peers and enjoys helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
