We’re looking for a talented and Business Development Executive to join our remote team and help us drive our outreach goals.
About the Role
We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Business Development executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth for medicalcertifcate.in. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into paying customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, doctors)
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals
- Generate leads through various channels (online outreach, cold calling, networking events)
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of medicalcertifcate.in
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure a smooth customer experience
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (healthcare experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a similar field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
