We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to amplify our diverse clients’ online presence and brand value. The ideal candidate, with a background in agency environments, will have a proven track record in creating and executing impactful social media and email marketing strategies across various platforms. This role involves developing well-thought-out campaigns, implementing paid strategies on social platforms, and creating effective email marketing initiatives while managing a broad client portfolio.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and innovative team, reporting directly to the President of Rank. They will collaborate closely with our Social Content, PPC Manager, and Content Director to realize our social media visions. Expectations include identifying potential opportunities, transforming ideas into action, choosing the right content for the right audience, and measuring the ROI of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Execute social media and email marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
- Bring fresh, bold ideas to the table that ensure our clients get noticed.
- Oversee the management of social media accounts and ensure consistency across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies on social platforms to generate conversions.
- Optimize, analyze, and report on organic and paid social media and email campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis.
- Meet and present creative concepts for strategies to potential and existing clients.
- Be aware of progress or decline on all campaigns and act proactively to improve campaigns.
- Keep current with industry trends, insights, topics, and best practices.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and email marketing.
- Experience running advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Proven experience in running revenue-generating campaigns.
- Experience creating social media strategies across various channels and media types, including social calendars, ad copy, and email marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective email marketing strategies, including automation and drip campaigns, list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with key email marketing metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and the ability to analyze and utilize them for campaign improvement.
- Proven expertise in using social listening tools and analytics software to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and gather actionable insights.
- Experience creating content strategies for social media posts, including graphic design direction, copywriting concepts, and the use of brand voice.
- Understanding of GDPR, CASL, and other relevant email marketing laws and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing social media management software such as Creator Studio and Later.
- Experience building and growing brands on social media.
- Experience working at an agency.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Facebook/paid media certifications are an added value.
- Strong track record of managing resources, including budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to multitask.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
