Job Summary
We are actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound communications, efficiently handling client queries, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service roles and has a strong background in managing fast-paced call and email environments, particularly in customer-focused settings. You will also be the native lead on communication platforms within wedding marketplaces like The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Zola.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound communications, especially regarding client queries and internal department coordination.
- Efficiently triage and escalate calls and emails, ensuring smooth communication flow and timely conflict resolution.
- Manage the company’s inbox with precision, tagging and assigning tasks to appropriate team members while ensuring follow-through.
- Embrace and embody our commitment to detail and personalized customer experiences in all communication and coordination tasks.
- Lead communication efforts on wedding marketplaces such as The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Zola, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Accurately complete simple data entry forms generated internally to maintain organized records and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the internal team via Slack, fostering effective communication and teamwork to address client needs efficiently.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and communication-related roles.
- Proficiency in using any customer service tools to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in handling calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using Gorgias is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
