Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager at WYLD Global in Colombo. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing strategic account plans, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of solutions to meet client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and sustain robust, long-term client relationships, serving as the primary contact to swiftly address needs and concerns. Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign outcomes, strategies, and objectives.
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with clients to clarify their marketing objectives, working alongside internal teams to design campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, and project plans.
Project Management:
Supervise digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content) to ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with project scope.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate performance reports with insights on key metrics. Use analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, presenting data clearly to clients.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with creative, technical, and content teams for seamless campaign execution. Relay client feedback to align team efforts with client expectations.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, conducting research to identify client opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Expectations:
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in account management or client services.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social media landscape, email, and Content marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with an independent and team-oriented work ethic.
- Proficiency in Office 365 is required, and familiarity with Click-Up and LARK would be an added advantage.
