About The Role
As a **Product Operations Lead**, the goal is to elevate the product team to the next level of innovation and growth. In this role, you will be at the heart of the mission—ensuring smooth, efficient operations while amplifying cross-functional collaboration across the organization. You will own the management of the Software Development Lifecycle, lead organization-wide roadmapping, and help shape high-impact board presentations. Additionally, you will drive key performance metrics and spearhead process improvements to ensure that internal operations deliver maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
– Lead development and strategy setting for operations across Product and Engineering, establishing key performance targets, tracking outcomes, and driving strategic initiatives.
– Facilitate the roadmapping process, including standardized mechanisms for input intake, execution of roadmapping activities, cross-team dependency management, alignment of OKRs, and distribution of roadmap content.
– Manage the Solution Development Lifecycle across key solutions, including facilitating launches, tracking experiments, and ensuring high-quality documentation across teams.
– Serve as the initial point of contact for the product team in organization-wide initiatives such as evolving onboarding, knowledge management, and employee growth and development.
– Lead and coordinate strategic meetings across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership.
– Support the preparation of Product material for quarterly board meetings.
– Identify and evolve bottlenecked processes, applying strategic thinking to streamline operations and improve overall team efficiency.
What the Team is Looking For:
– A deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle for building and deploying enterprise SaaS products and solutions.
– Strong operational skills, including measuring and regularly reporting on key metrics that drive insights and effective decision-making.
– High adaptability with strong critical thinking skills, capable of evolving processes, addressing bottlenecks, and responding to operational challenges.
– Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong, professional presence in interactions with customers and partners (including C-Suite executives).
– Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and provide assistance when the team needs help.
It’s a Plus if You Have
– Product management experience, project management certification, or experience in healthcare technology.
Salary Range
$150,000 to $195,000.
