Following a redefining of culture and value proposition as well as a major rebranding, our client is hiring for a Learning Curator to join their remote team. As part of an organisation undergoing exciting growth and transformation, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of the company’s learning resources while ensuring a high-quality experience for both the team and clients. Once the baseline is established there will be a need for a central custodian and curator of thinking and materials to communicate it and engage with delivery teams to maintain standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Align insights with current Points of View (PoV) and support resources that bring them to life.
- Create a comprehensive library of accessible resources, including books, podcasts, videos, articles, and exercises.
- Engage regularly with team members to gather feedback on resources and usage.
- Act as a key internal contact to signpost teams to existing material or ideas for projects they’re working on / scoping.
- Assist in planning internal communications through virtual events and team days to upskill the delivery team.
- Contribute to formal underpinning the value proposition with current thinking, research and L&D insights.
Who You Are:
- You possess the ability to curate and filter quality insights effectively.
- You excel at communicating the value of learning resources and fostering community engagement.
- You are equipped to handle questions and challenges from the team with confidence.
- You are aware of wider trends in Learning & Development (L&D) and can integrate them into existing frameworks.
- You have experience with technology and e-learning applications in training.
