CTC Post-Probation: ₹4,80,000 per annum (Base) + 15% of the profits generated for StackWalls (Variable) ~ 9.3LPA Tentative

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Business Development Manager) who can drive both domestic and international sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding StackWalls’ market reach, onboarding high-profile agencies, securing partnerships with larger brands, and generating new clients through strategic outreach.
  • The individual must have a proven ability to close deals, manage partnerships, and work with both multinational corporations (MNCs), medium and small enterprises (MSMEs), and startups. A background in international sales and partnership building is essential as we aim to grow our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic and International Sales: Drive sales growth within India and expand into international markets. Build a strong client base through outreach to MNCs, MSMEs, and startups.
  • Agency Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard large and reputable agencies to our platform to enhance our service offering.
  • Partnerships: Forge partnerships with bigger brands and companies, helping StackWalls expand into new markets and strengthen its reputation.
  • Client Acquisition: Bring in new clients by leveraging networks and building relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Strategic Outreach: Use sales strategies to reach prospective clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, particularly in international markets.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage partnerships.
  • Previous experience working with MNCs, startups, or MSMEs is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, and experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, with a results-driven approach.

Compensation:

  • Stipend: ₹20,000 per month during the first 3 months (internship/probation) + 10% of the profits generated for StackWalls.
  • Full-Time CTC: ₹4,80,000 per annum, once the role converts into a full-time position + 15% of the profits you generate for StackWalls. With an average project size of ₹80,000 and expected closures, you can earn up to ₹4,50,000 in variable pay annually, making the total expected CTC of ₹9,30,000.
