What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple, complex assigned projects through successful completion
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate internal project team performance within project guidelines
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure successful software adoption and project progress
• Communicate project statuses, schedules, issues, resolutions, and completions to key executive stakeholders
• Create and maintain process, standards, and upgrade documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• 5+ years of project management experience in the delivery of enterprise solutions
• PMP Certification (Active)
• Experience working with Healthcare IT (enterprise solutions)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing large, complex multi-year healthcare IT engagements
• Relationship management at the healthcare IT leadership level (Director level, C-suite)
• Project Management Office (PMO) experience
• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt equivalent skills
