    The Role

    As their Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in responsibly scaling their go-to-market efforts, locally and globally. The standard marketing tactics won’t suffice here; instead, you’ll craft approaches tailored to the unique dynamics and challenges of construction projects.

    In this role, you will:

    • Build on a solid foundation: Leverage their strong product-market fit and passionate customer base to create innovative growth strategies.
    • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand user needs and challenges.
    • Drive hypothesis-driven GTM: Continuously experiment and refine marketing strategies to adapt to different project types, contractors, and markets.
    • Lead community engagement: Implement creative ways to engage with the construction industry through events and grassroots interactions.
    • Lead digital marketing: Focus on LinkedIn ads and organic content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Leverage ABM: Use Account-Based Marketing to engage potential customers within specific micro-markets.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Strong B2B experience, ideally with experience in building a category from 0 to 1.
    • Ability to build problem awareness in a target ICP that isn’t aware of the problem or category.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
    • A growth mindset with a willingness to test new ideas and continuously improve.
    • Expertise in building and optimizing digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
    • Interest in leading events and community building.
    • High creativity and attention to detail to develop impactful campaigns.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in running your own business in B2B being a plus.
