User Experience Designer (Remote)

DOKKA A.I. is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company that develops innovative software solutions for accountants and finance teams. Our mission is to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity through user-centric design and advanced technology. We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences.

Job Summary:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our software products. You will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that address accountants’ and finance professionals’ unique needs. Your work will help ensure our software is not only functional but also enjoyable to use.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights about user needs, pain points, and behaviors specific to accountants and finance teams.

Personas & User Journey Mapping: Develop detailed user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and ensure a deep understanding of user interactions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate feedback.

UX/UI Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, product managers, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a SaaS environment.

– Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, including case studies

– Experience in Fintech or Accountech is a highly desirable

– Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma.

– English is a must, Hebrew or Russian is a big plus

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions
