Service And Application Specialist (Remote)

Job description / Role

We are working with a leading Medical Device company who are actively hiring a Service & Application Specialist for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
– Responsible for delivering pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company’s products.
– Provide application-related services.
– Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
– Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
– Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
– Provide feedback on product development.
– Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
– Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.
– Salary: SAR 10-13K .

– Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Lab Technology.
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Specialty POCT portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
– Experience in covering both private and government sectors.
– Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to build relationships.
– Must have a valid and transferable work permit.
– Must have a driving license.
– Fluent in English and Arabic.
