As a Scrum Master, you will engage in close collaboration with the Lead Scrum Master, VP of Technology, engineers, product owners, senior management, quality assurance teams, and organizational leadership. This role is crucial in fostering a culture characterized by collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor and support team members in grasping and implementing Scrum principles and practices.
• Champion Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the organization, assisting teams in their effective adoption.
• Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Identify and address obstacles that may hinder team progress, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), is preferred.
