Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all construction activities and coordinate schedules with the project team.
- Collaborate with site superintendents to identify effective construction methods and strategies, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships.
- Review project drawings and specifications, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist in preparing job estimates by interpreting bid documents.
- Develop necessary subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring the achievement of critical milestones.
- Supervise the submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
- Ensure financial success of projects by managing budgets and reporting on job costs and earnings.
- Collaborate with the project team to enhance production, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Monitor safety compliance and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to coordinate with the project superintendent.
- Serve as the primary contact for the site superintendent and project teams.
- Attend project meetings to support coordination efforts.
Required Skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Experienced with construction procurement processes.
- Knowledgeable in job estimating details and labor resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills for business correspondence and report drafting.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Capability to foster positive relationships with local community organizations.
- High attention to detail and adaptability in determining alternative work methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Self-directed with the capability to work independently in remote environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with computerized construction management systems (e.g., Procore, Sage).
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (must be obtained within the first 60 days if not currently held).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation And Benefits
This full-time hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of (78,000 to )114,000, along with an annual bonus. You will dedicate approximately 70% of your time to internal planning, coordination, and administrative functions, with 30% allocated to on-site travel to oversee assigned projects. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
