Hr Executive (Remote)

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Korean labor laws.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Korean employment regulations.
• Administer performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Lead HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Korean labor law and employee relations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Korean labor regulations.
• Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance systems.
• Fluent in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Experience with HRIS systems and tools for managing HR processes.
• Ability to lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and foster a positive work environment.
