The Role:

Location: Richlands, South Brisbane
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Hybrid – 2 days work from home, 3 days onsite

In this role, you will commission a new facility in South East Queensland, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently. You will develop an operating model that incorporates modern work practices and automation to maintain efficiency and service standards while meeting future clinical demand. You will also source an integrated warehouse automation solution and design a tailored enterprise software system to support both Warehouse Management System (WMS) and broader Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions, aligning the facility’s infrastructure with its operational goals.

The Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a program framework to achieve assigned deliverables on schedule, ensuring the successful achievement of defined goals.
Adhere to established service quality standards and health and safety policies to ensure a high-quality and safe working environment.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including discussion papers, data standards, process diagrams, detailed documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.
Provide insights into current best practices for supply chain processes and IT solutions.
Engage with a diverse range of technical and business stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements, address process challenges, and identify future needs to improve existing solutions.
Design, build, test, and implement tailored client solutions, ensuring that end-state designs and processes are relevant, integrated, and fit for purpose.
Support the change management process within Queensland Health to maximise the utilisation of developed solutions.
Actively promote a working environment that fosters quality human resource management and aligns with the values of the Queensland Public Service.

Required Skills:

Relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
Strong experience with SAP configuration experience in S/4HANA in the areas of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) / Materials Management (MM).
Experience as a SAP certified consultant would be desired.
