Full Time
Catalog Accuracy & Completeness:
– Maintain a high level of accuracy for all product data fields, including descriptions, specifications, and imagery.
– Ensure that 100% of products are correctly represented in the catalog with all essential and value add information.
Timely Product Go-Live:
– Ensure that all products go live on schedule with all necessary information, attributes, and images.
– Zero delays in product launches due to incomplete or incorrect catalog information.
Content Quality Improvement:
– Achieve and maintain a high-quality catalog score, measured by factors such as image quality, descriptive accuracy, and SEO compliance.
– Implement at least 2 content improvement initiatives each quarter based on AI and SEO insights.
Coordination & Communication Efficiency:
– Achieve a seamless sample management process with minimal delays through effective coordination with buying, warehouse, and studio teams.
– Timely feedback and communication with cross-functional teams to resolve issues swiftly.
Content Sheet & Metadata Accuracy:
– Ensure that 100% of content sheets are accurate, comprehensive, and ready for upload with no data errors.
– Maintain and update SEO metadata, achieving improved rankings for primary product categories on search engines.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within fashion or retail.
Skills:
– Proficiency in MS Excel, with strong data management skills.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and metadata management.
– Basic knowledge of fashion industry trends and product cataloging.
– Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
