Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is central to our brand’s content strategy, focusing on producing high-quality video, visual, and some written content to engage our luxury travel audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia content creation, with experience in social media and SEO fundamentals. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape Isle Blue’s brand voice and visual identity across platforms, with a light support role in managing social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality video content, including villa tours, and customer testimonials.
• Adapt and repurpose content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, while providing light support in managing posting schedules and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant to ensure cohesive alignment between blog content and other content channels.
• Plan, organize, and maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with Isle Blue’s brand and marketing goals.
• Assist with occasional on-site content creation at luxury villas and events, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, particularly in video production and editing, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
• Experience in luxury travel, lifestyle, or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong editing skills and writing, with an understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Familiarity with social media trends and content best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site content shoots and events.
