Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer (Remote)

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
– Review and analyze product specifications and requirements to ensure that all products meet quality expectations.
– Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive measures to mitigate potential quality risks.
– Document quality control processes, procedures, and technical reports to maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices and quality management systems.
– Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control technologies to continuously improve processes.
– Participate in the development of quality-related documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and work instructions.
– Assist in the preparation of quality metrics and reports for management review.

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
– Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies
– Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis.
– Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
– Proficient in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
– Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Salary:

AED
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
