Position Overview:
The Director of Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition through effective Facebook and Google ad campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketingYoko Transport, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on Facebook and Google advertising.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches are utilized.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and generate insights that inform future strategies.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising, incorporating new insights into strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising (Facebook and Google Ads).
Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.
Profit Sharing: Eligible for profit-sharing opportunities, typically ranging from 10% to 20% based on company performance.
