Do you have a passion for sales and creating new Business opportunities? Here is your opportunity to join Dynava’s Nordic Sales & Marketing team! We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) to build and sell diverse outsourcing solutions for companies across various sectors, including contact centers, consulting, and technology services.
We seek a results-driven, ambitious professional with a strong track record in developing new business opportunities and client relationships. We expect experience in planning and executing sales and marketing activities, the ability to spot new opportunities, and the skills to enhance our brand visibility. You will also be skilled in developing and managing a local sales pipeline, driving its value, and establishing strong relationships with key market players, including potential clients and partners. You will play an active role in creating sales and marketing plans, strategies, and budgets.
What we expect from you?
You have at least five years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the B2B sector, and you’re fluent in both English and Swedish. We’re looking for someone with strong commercial skills and consultative selling experience. Experience from Customer service outsourcing company is a big plus. We hope you have a degree in business or marketing—an MBA is a plus. Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential, while familiarity with AI tools is a valuable asset.
