What You’ll Do
As a Regional Sales Manager at TRACTIAN, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the given region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs.
Responsibilities
- Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Tractian products to confidently provide mentorship for your team.
- Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline.
- Coach the team to close business and to navigate complex strategic negotiations and organizations.
- Actively recruit Account Executives for your team in alignment with Tractian’s hiring criteria.
- Onboard and ramp new AEs and accelerate their productive capacity.
- Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
- Scale, strategically plan, and develop sales territories.
,Requirements
- +2 years of sales leadership experience.
- +4 years of successful quota carrying experience selling within a team on large strategic accounts with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or proven track record of selling into the Manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
