In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives within the Trusted Shops company roadmap, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and are delivered efficiently and effectively.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication from the Executive Leaderhip teams across departments, optimizing processes, and driving the successful completion of projects.

Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our offerings and customer satisfaction, by effectively bridging gaps between various functions and ensuring cohesive progress towards our common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Program strategies – Develop and implement program strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Work with our Executive Leadership Team – Be the liaison agent between ELT’s and all the teams within the company.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams – Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage program budgets and resources – Optimize allocation to achieve project goals.
• Deal with an appropriate toolbox – Apply your comprehensive toolbox of project-orientated techniques and methods, starting from goal setting to project reviews.
• Monitor program processes – Monitor and report on program progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies – Minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Evaluate program performance – Recommend improvements for future projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends – Incorporate best practices into program management processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management (managing multiple projects and initiatives) with a proven track record, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• 5+ years of experience in working and dealing with an ELT / Board / C-Levels
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. Jira, MS Office tools).
• State of the art project and agile methodologies and principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2); another language is a plus.
