ASBC is part of the ASBIS group of companies, a leading global distributor, OEM and solutions provider with more than 2,600 employees in 28 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). We have a deep understanding of the industry and over 32 years of experience as a trusted global partner for customers and suppliers.
We are currently looking for a Content Team Lead who will be responsible for the content on the websites of all seven countries where we have ISpace stores. And will be responsible for the quality work of content specialists in all seven countries.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing a distributed team (7 countries)
- Optimisation and standardisation of processes
- Management and responsibility for the quality of content and its content
- Monitoring the performance of the content team
- Customer journey analytics and optimisation
- Updating and maintaining the relevance of information
- Analysis and improvement of product cards
- Work with the content management system (CMS)
- Interaction with other departments
- Moderation and management of user-generated content
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Lead content manager.
- Deep understanding of the principles of creating and implementing content for various platforms (blogs, social media, websites, email marketing, etc.).
- Leadership and task distribution skills, understanding of how to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience in working with certain content standards, meeting KPIs set by the company.
- Ability to develop and implement effective content strategies that meet the company’s goals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and the ability to analyse content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, etc.
- Understanding of how content works on social media, interaction with different channels to achieve goals.
- Ability to check content for mistakes, stylistic correctness and brand compliance.
- Knowledge of English at B1 level and above.
- Knowledge of popular platforms such as WordPress, Bitrix and others.
- Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools for distributing and controlling tasks in a team.
- Ability to work with basic editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma) and text editors (Google Docs, MS Word).
