This role is for a Customer Care Specialist, who will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, including onboarding to offboarding our external contingent workforce. As detailed in the responsibilities below, the successful candidate will also play a large role in the teams HR escalations, working alongside internal teams to execute a range of HR admin related tasks. This could be an ideal role for an entry level HR/Admin specialist who is looking of hands on experience in operations.
As the key point of contact for our customers you are responsible for the management of day-to-day delivery of all operational activity related to the employee lifecycle. With a focus on quality outcomes to protect, grow and retain the 360 degree relationship with our corporate and individual customers. This is a key role in becoming trusted advisers within People 2.0 and being a key relationship architect to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Be an onboarding specialist, acting as the first point of contact for People 2.0’s customers and workers, including managing onboarding and offboarding requirements for our contingent workforce, visa checks, requests for employment information and issue resolution
- Co-ordinate human resources escalations including terminations, performance management, benchmarking and ad-hoc queries
- Review and issue employment contracts, terms and conditions, employment verification letters and contract variations
- Maintaining databases ensuring compliance with internal processes and legislation
- Manage all proactive and reactive contact points with the customer via phone and email
- Work with other Shared Services teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll and invoicing services and the resolution of escalations
- Work under direction from the Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Team Leaders to ensure service delivery is consistently high-quality and escalate where appropriate
About you:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources administration role, or similar
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service within designated SLA’s
- Experience in customer engagement or related customer service training (desirable)
- Certification in HR, payroll or related industry (desirable)
