Are you a Senior Project Administrator with experience working in the Built Envinronment?

Taylors are currently seeking a Senior Project Administrator to assist our Design team!

The Senior Project Administrator role is responsible for undertaking a variety of support tasks to assist the business in achieving successful project outcomes, along with leading the continual improvement of the Project Administration processes across both Urban Development and Infrastructure business’. 

How You Will Contribute 

  • To provide professional administrative and operational support to the Business Operations Lead and other Unit Leads in an accurate and timely manner;
  • To identify and implement improvement opportunities for whole-of-business project administration processes
  • To ensure the project administration requirements of the business are met.
  • To provide support to a variety of Taylors Business and Project Leads
  • To support our clients through sharing and communicating key project information

Our Ideal Person!

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Project Administration experience working in the built environment, ideally for a consultant, contractor or builder;
  • Experience using Project Management software is ideal;
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Attention to detail.
