Overview of Role-
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Observability and Reliability team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platform’s reliability, performance, and observability, directly contributing to our product’s success and customer satisfaction. As a Technical Product Manager focused on Observability and Reliability, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of infrastructure and operational capabilities and ensuring observability for our developers, platform team, and DHCS stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enhance our platform’s reliability and observability while implementing comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and performance-tracking systems across all platform teams. Your role will ensure that our SaaS platform not only meets current operational demands but is also strategically prepared for future growth and challenges
What You’ll Do?
Develop and implement easy-to-use, automated tools that help developers integrate observability features into their code with minimal effort
Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Objectives (SLOs), and Agreements (SLAs) for all platform teams and track performance against these metrics.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of observability and analytics tools, creating insightful dashboards and reports tailored for various organizational levels, from executive summaries to detailed engineering metrics
