We have a suitable opportunity in the R&I division for the position of Senior Manager – Portfolio . In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Project planning and portfolio analysis for SAPMENA . You should have 7-8 years professional experience with FMCG / Pharma / retail industry. The location of the job will be Chembur R& I Office Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
– Animate & facilitate decision making to select right projects and best resources allocation –
– Ensures preparation of domain operational and strategic reviews – Identifies key projects with Domain Leaders to be reviewed at global R&I and/or steering committee level –
– Contributes to cross-domain interactions (resources allocation, expertise needs, cross-fertilization) – At project start/ closing –
– Coordinates scoring activity to prioritize projects on his/her perimeter and meet ‘fewer & bigger’ ambition – Proposes resources allocation per project based on the strategy defined on his/her perimeter (budget preparation) –
– Portfolio monitoring – Gives visibility on the portfolio of projects and resources allocation per project on his/her perimeter –
– Consolidates Portfolio progress in interaction with Project Leaders / PMOs vs. key milestones (on time, on cost, in scope = quality) –
– Builds and updates the strategic dashboard and associated KPIs to monitor activity on his/her perimeter –
– Prepares portfolio review for the construction of the vision with Operations & DMI – Gives visibility of projects in transformation and on deliverables. In collaboration with Dev Portfolio Manager, evaluate level of transformation.
