Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPA Lead who will play a critical role in driving automation initiatives within our organization. This position involves collaborating with senior-level business partners to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives. You will oversee the identification of business needs, translating them into clear requirements while evaluating existing solutions or determining the necessity for new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate comprehensive business process review meetings/workshops to promote awareness of RPA capabilities, documenting current challenges, and identifying automation opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize a robust pipeline of use cases to ensure effective automation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues throughout the automation software lifecycle, emphasizing best practices and development methodologies.
- Advocate for the adoption of innovative automation technologies across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in project phases, adhering to established governance and compliance standards.
- Ensure that benefits realized post-implementation are accurately tracked and reported in accordance with Center of Excellence (CoE) requirements.
- Maintain awareness of risk factors within the functional area, complying with all relevant policies, regulations, and internal controls, and report any violations timely.
- Perform additional related duties as needed.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of standard industry practices, products, and services.
- Highly analytical, with exceptional problem-solving and conceptual abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
- Capability to blend creativity with technical problem-solving skills to refine or develop innovative approaches.
- Established ability to foster and maintain strong customer relationships and trust.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills across all management levels.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with automation software platforms such as Blue Prism or Power Automate.
- Preferred: 3+ years of project or program management experience, with familiarity in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred: Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
