We are currently looking for a highly creative Intermediate Graphic Designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and digital media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable.
The Intermediate Graphic Designer will create everything from posters and billboards to packaging, logos and marketing materials, while ensuring that all deliverables maintain a look and feel that is consistent with the BET99 brand. This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams and will report into the Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral.
- Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
- Work individually and collaboratively with other team members, such as marketing, affiliates, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audiences.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
- Expert-level abilities with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Familiar with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiar with Project Management Software (Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
