What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and lead a team of Supervisors in the Customer Service Department
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Perform real-time monitoring of call queues and staff availability to ensure high service levels
  • Handle and resolve escalated calls, providing direction and support to staff
  • Prepare reports by analyzing call center data to improve processes and maximize efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service leadership or management experience
  • Strong leadership abilities to develop, direct, and motivate employees
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in supervising high-volume customer interaction phone activities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Insurance experience in areas such as Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, or Risk Analysis
  • Familiarity with various Contact Center Software and analytics technologies (e.g., Amazon AWS, Five9, Dialpad, Ring Central)
  • Some experience in complaint handling
