Enable WA is seeking a Full time Client Services Support Officer to join our team in the Lower Southwest (Busselton) commencing December 2024.
The Client Services Support Officer has a variety of responsibilities that ensures the smooth operation of Client Services. The Client Services Support Officer provides administrative support to assist with the delivery of day-to-day operations in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. The tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Urgent shift cover to ensure seamless support to Clients
- Managing mandatory documentation
- Scheduling compliance requirements
- Minute-taking within regional meetings
- Monitoring/reviewing rostering trends
- Providing induction to new support staff
This position encompasses working collaboratively with the coordination and management team to provide high quality and consistent support to Clients and ensures compliance with Quality and Safeguarding requirements.
Essential Criteria
- Ability to work effectively as part of an established, cohesive team
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the team
- Ability to use a CRM system and rostering software
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and data security
- NDIS Worker screening or willingness to obtain
- Current WA Drivers licence
- COVID Vaccination evidence
Highly Desirable (Training can be provided)
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and systems
- Familiarity with Social, Community, Home and Disability Services Industrial Award
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with Carelink rostering platform
The role is based in the Busselton region and will report to the Lower Southwest Regional Manager.
