We are a dynamic 360 Creative Agency poised to revolutionize the creative and tech industry with our innovative approach and cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for a proactive and talented Account Manager to join us and manage client relationships effectively.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager with a proven track record in agency environments. As the Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between the client and internal teams. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs are met.
- Strategic Marketing Involvement: Participate in developing high-level marketing strategies, helping to shape and guide clients’ marketing direction.
- Operation: Manage day-to-day operations for multiple accounts, including developing strategies, setting goals, and overseeing execution. Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular updates, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency deliverables.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.) to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management software like Clickup, Jira and agile methodologies.
- Deliverables Oversight: Monitor the progress of all deliverables, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar role, must in a creative or digital agency.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
