Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to inspire the next generation of marketing professionals? Pathway Group is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Tutor to join our team and help change lives through skills and work.
In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver engaging, hands-on sessions and guide learners through essential topics like SEO, social media, content marketing, and analytics. You’ll be empowering both job-seekers and working professionals to enhance their skills, connect with industry trends, and pursue rewarding careers in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead interactive sessions covering essential digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and more.
* Provide supportive and stetching feedback and guidance to learners as to ensure contoinued and timely progression and achivements.
* Support in the development and updating of curriculum materials to stay aligned with industry trends.
* Guide students through hands-on projects, providing real-world insights and personalised support.
* Collaborate with the wider team to foster a supportive learning community.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in digital marketing and teaching or mentoring others.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* A miniuimum of Level 3 teaching qualification
* A Level 3 Assessing qualificatin would also be advantagous
* A Level 2 Vocational qualification in Digital Marketing (or equivalent).
* A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Please note that although this role is remote, there will be occasional travel required to HQ which is based in Birmingham, Pathway Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and requires all staff to share this commitment.
