To support our business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Assistant/Manager to join our team and help drive future success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand potential client relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored marketing solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns for clients, providing professional advice and optimization suggestions.
- Participate in market research, analyze industry trends and competitor activity, and drive the promotion of company products and services.
- Manage client records and contracts, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update senior management on work progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales or account management experience, preferably in the internet marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Good market awareness and business development skills with the ability to independently generate new clients.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and strong execution skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred.
