Job Title: PS Program Manager
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Responsibilities:
- Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple, related projects directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives. These programs contain complex activities that may span functions, organizations, geographic regions and cultures. Including End to End Management and alignment of NCR Teams including (Sales, TS, WCS, PS.)
- Responsible for the alignment and coordination of all End to End NCR activity on the Program becoming the main focus point for all internal and external escalations
- Must be able to build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to NCR, including customers, franchisees, third-party product and service providers, regulatory agencies and others, as required by the program
- Defines, initiates projects and assigns project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program
- Accountable for the financial performance of the program allowing NCR to receive the tangible business value and meet the business objectives identified for the Program
- Maintains continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and makes recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent
- Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program
- Program Manager should have advanced skills in finance, cross- cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Must be able to cover some US hours and not be tied to European working hours only
- English language must be excellent both in relationship building and business
- This role will require candidate to manage NAMER projects depending upon the requirements.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification required (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 12 years project management experience in a fee-for-service professional services context
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-directed, self-motivated
- Previous experience working within a professional services organization a plus
- Good at managing multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
- NCR Domain experience (Banking, Hospitality, Retail, Technology & Telecommunications) a plus
- Software Delivery Life-Cycle (SDLC) knowledge for planning and support of the development and testing efforts a plus
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree – preferably in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field, Project Management or equivalent in a business-related discipline
