• Own Marketing Operations execution intake process.
• Manage team road mapping and planning process within Jira, setting up and monitoring resource capacity.
• Support the application of planning processes by wider team, helping establish and ensure correct project processes are followed.
• Maintain oversight of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report
• Support Program Managers in developing and updating project plans for automation/Marketo projects including information such as project objectives, systems, scope, specifications, schedules.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Own the Marketing Operations team Confluence site, helping ensure documents are stored correctly and maintained for accuracy.
• Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the Marketing Operations team to be more effective in their daily work and drive
• Own the transition of the TPM Roadmap document into Jira advanced roadmaps, making sure system is set up correctly to support resource capacity planning
• Set up Line of Business specific views in Jira to support planning at both sprint and roadmap level
• Review existing ticket intake and planning process, helping set up new processes to support changes in team remit
• Support Sprint Planning and prioritisation of work across Marketing Operations teams in alignment with TPM
• Own the project management process, including reviewing and optimising project page documentation, supporting the team to lead projects within process guidelines, and ensure project updates are collated for pods as required
• Own the Marketing Operations Confluence space within the DigEx space, ensuring that documents are reviewed, current, and stored in a way that makes sense for stakeholders. Includes review and restructure of technical documentation
• Support process development and planning for the 2025 roadmap, covering intake of projects, process for scoping and support for resource capacity planning
• Set up Jira roadmaps to better support cross project planning, working to automate existing manual processes required for both sprint planning and roll up to LT read outs
• Review current sprint planning process and make recommendations for changes to allow x-team planning to be more agile

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Advanced user of Jira, with demonstrable experience setting up and managing Advanced Roadmaps and resource capacity planning
• B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 5+ years of project management experience
• Well-versed in Marketing Operations/Automation in a B2B context
• Understanding of the Marketo platform and Salesforce projects a must
• Experience working within a matrix organization.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong technical background and understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
• Ability to understand, assess/triage tickets and respond appropriately in line with the roadmap.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

Must-Have Skill:

• Jira Super User with tactical implementation experience.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
