Regional Manager (Remote)

Job Overview:

The Regional Manager – Forex (Crypto Exchange) will be responsible for implementing Forex strategies to drive growth and trading volume for our crypto exchange. The role requires leveraging end-to-end Forex operational knowledge to scale the exchange, including marketing, client acquisition, IB recruitment, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have experience building Forex operations from the ground up and adapting these strategies to the crypto space for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement Forex Strategies for Growth

– Apply Forex market insights to drive trading volume and enhance platform features.

– Optimize trading conditions, client incentives, and risk management based on Forex principles.

2. Develop Marketing and Client Acquisition Campaigns

– Lead Forex-based marketing campaigns to attract and retain traders.

– Leverage SEO, PPC, and social media to grow brand visibility and user base.

3. Recruit and Manage Introducing Brokers (IBs)

– Build and manage a network of IBs to expand the user base and increase trading activity.

– Implement an incentive program for IBs to drive performance and recruitment.

4. Business Development & Partnerships

– Secure partnerships with Forex brokers and crypto influencers to grow the exchange’s reach.

– Use Forex start-up knowledge to develop new revenue channels and partnerships.

5. Operational Management

– Oversee client onboarding, trade execution, and overall user experience.

– Ensure platform stability and scalability by leveraging Forex operations expertise.

6. Monitor and Report on Performance

– Set KPIs for growth, trading volume, and IB recruitment.

– Use data and analytics to adjust strategies and ensure sustained growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Experience:

– 3-5+ years in the Forex exchange or crypto exchange industry, with strong end-to-end Forex operations experience.

– Proven track record of scaling Forex start-ups and implementing strategies to drive growth and trading volume.

– Skills:

– Deep understanding of Forex markets, client acquisition, and IB management.

– Proficiency in digital marketing, data analysis, and performance optimization.

– Attributes:

– Strong leadership with experience building and managing teams and scaling operations.
