Senior User Experience Designer (Remote)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to shape and implement design solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct and analyze user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.
• Persona Development: Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and ensure a deep understanding of the target audience.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate functional and aesthetic design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand and user needs.
• Usability Testing: Organize and execute usability tests to validate design choices and refine them based on user feedback.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with product and development teams to understand project requirements, user flows, and technical feasibility.
• Design Standards & Consistency: Maintain and contribute to design guidelines and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our products and user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product or software environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Research Skills: Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts and findings clearly.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with accessibility design standards.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with development teams.
• Background in designing for mobile applications.
