About The Role

Join Syncron as a Product Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building our future flagship product from the ground up. What would you do?

People Leadership and Development

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners and Managers.
• Oversee talent reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and career growth.
• Foster an engaging, collaborative, and accountable work environment.

Process and Best Practices

• Establish and improve product management processes, roadmap creation, prototyping, prioritization, and user story creation.
• Guide team members in applying best practices to drive product success.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Gather customer insights to enhance product relevance and customer satisfaction.

Product Vision and Roadmap

• Define and communicate product vision, mission, and strategy.
• Develop a roadmap that balances customer needs, market demands, and technical feasibility.

Release Management and Launches

• Coordinate product releases with engineering and quality teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM teams for product launch and sales enablement.

Customer Engagement and Escalation Support

• Partner with Customer Success, GTM, and Legal teams for customer engagement and support.
• Act as a thought leader, engaging in industry research and trends.

Metrics and Analytics

• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

What we expect:

• Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience with strong leadership skills over a solution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to balance technical and business considerations, aligning product strategy with market trends and customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
