Project Manager (Remote)

This occupation is at Crackwits, the boutique digital agency for advertising, social media, branding, website and mobile app design and development.

1- TALENT SPECIALTY

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and handling clients’ projects from briefing to completion.This multi-tasking role requires thorough and proactive interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholdersand most often managing several ongoing projects’ milestones simultaneously.

2- REQUIREMENTS

− Plan projects with senior project manager and client servicing director

− Manage projects progress and adapt work as required

− Coordinate with internal and external talents in regards to branding, advertising, website and mobile app UX/UI design and development

− Ensure projects meet deadlines

− Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

− Prepare and secure contracts

− Oversee all incoming and outgoing projects documentation with the respective departments such as Administrationand Accounts

− Pitch in, optimise and improve processes and approaches when deemed to be more fruitful

− Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects

− Liaise with outsourced third parties in regards to digital development, printing production and others

− Adopt digital tools/ platforms that are utilized by the agency

− Present creative ideas whenever feasible

3- EXPERTISE & EXPECTATIONS

− Interpersonal skills

− 5+ years of experience in Project management in a media agency.

− Ability to multi-task and manage various projects’ deliverables simultaneously

− Capacity to manage high stress situations

− Written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English/ Arabic is a plus)

− Proactive and positive thinking

− Attention to details

− Conflict resolution approach

− Creative, multimedia or digital development background is a plus

− Knowledge in utilizing Apple devices

− Knowledge in utilizing Apple and Microsoft products such as Keynote, MS Word, Excel, etc.
