Your Role as a Senior Project Leader:

As a consultant, you will lead critical projects from concept to implementation, ensuring that deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  Comprehensive Project Leadership: Manage projects end-to-end, setting clear goals, driving collaboration, and ensuring alignment among internal and external teams.

Required Expertise and Skills:

  Academic Credentials: Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.

  Extensive Project Management Experience: At least 10 years in project management roles within fast-paced, complex environments.

  Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to implement organizational change effectively.
• 
  Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience engaging with high-level stakeholders, including strategic partners and executive leadership.
• 
  Exceptional Communication: Strong analytical and synthetic skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely, including proficiency in crafting visual presentations.

  Process and Digital Savvy: Familiarity with optimization and digital transformation methodologies.
• 
  Multilingual Communication: Fluent in Dutch, with strong English skills and a working knowledge of French.
