Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving online sales, building and maintaining a robust customer base, and creating new accounts within the wholesale sector. This position requires strong leadership skills, a background in digital marketing, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition through our website.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Account Creation: Identify and pursue opportunities for new account development, including outreach to potential clients and follow-up communications.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wholesale or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
