Job Description
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success and evolution of a distinctive product line. Qualifications include 2 to 4 years of experience in primary market research or a strong understanding of the market research process—key to excelling in this role. You’ll be at the forefront of managing product enhancements, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and leadership to uncover opportunities, design solutions, and implement impactful processes that elevate product performance.

Shift: Night Shift, Mon – Fri, 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Fixed weekends off)
Work setup: Permanent WFH

Product Management
- Drive the performance of the product line by managing key operational success metrics, including labor costs, project timelines, gross margin, and sales growth.
- Assist in the improvement, creation, and readiness for sales and operations of all products within the product line.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and innovation leadership to identify and enhance improvement areas.
- Identify, prioritize, design, execute, and implement impactful solutions to address improvement areas and meet stakeholder needs.
- Build and maintain processes, reference materials, tools, trainings, templates, and resources that support the product line’s success.
- Conduct regular training for key teams on products, new features, and changes.
Stakeholder Management
- Proactively gather feedback from internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Consistently update the leadership team, organization, and relevant teams on upcoming improvements, changes, and new features for the product line.
- Support the creation of materials to address stakeholder needs, including marketing and sales resources, as requested.
- Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, setting clear expectations and priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements.
Organizational Development
- Actively contribute to enhancing company capabilities and improving team performance across the organization related to the product line.
- Support the development of company culture, processes, and best practices for the organization and the innovation team.
Qualifications Needed: A Mind for Innovation, A Heart for Insight
- 2 to 4 years of experience in primary market research or knowledge of the market research process
- Knowledge of research techniques to assess concepts/products/programs, identify targets, and monitor business performance
- Understanding of quantitative market research methodologies, sampling practices, analytical tools (statistical testing), and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to use quantitative research tools and techniques to answer key research questions and meet business objectives
- Excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills; able to analyze situations, generate new solutions, and make recommendations
- Expert-level skills in MS Excel, including VBA proficiency and experience developing MS Office-based tools to support operational and sales teams
- Proven ability to manage products, tools, and resources for stakeholders across various business functions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field preferred
