OPServation Deck (Ops Deck) replaces manual security testing with automated penetration testing and red teaming integrated into the CI/CD pipeline and provides near-real-time security status to improve transparency, understanding, and trust amongst all teams in the application development, deployment, and operations ecosystem. OPServation Deck improves the overall security posture of applications before, during, or after ATO, reducing risk to the enterprise in highly dynamic environments. OPServation Deck makes more efficient use of limited security resources and provides complete transparency across the enterprise with respect to application security.
Position Description (What you will do)
- Lead the design strategy and execution, along with consulting with Product Manager to help inform overall product strategy
- Drive user research and usability testing with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, analyze results to identify design improvements, and make recommendations that enhance product functionality
- Collaborate with the product, design, security, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product
- Implement design and usability best practices to ensure product is up to standard for DoD customer
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing high performance, user-facing applications
- A digital portfolio that is accessible for review
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with the United States Air Force
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Knowledge or experience with different Agile methodologies
- Secret Clearance
- Experience with Figma, FigJam, Lucidchart, and Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of GitLab
